“I wish to state that this process of interviewing with you has been smoother than I ever imagined. From the moment we got in contact around the position through what I would have expected to be a slowdown with the Covid-19 process, you really made sure I was informed with every step.”

UniKLasers – building a project team whilst taking pressure off a client
Following new funding and some project wins, UniKLasers took the decision to recruit and grow their business. However, Covid-19 and lockdown hit forcing the business to focus on adjusting working patterns as well as find and set up new office premises. They required a recruitment partner to reduce the time pressure and deliver well qualified candidates, it was vital that those candidates matched both the technical and person specifications and that the recruitment process went smoothly allowing the business to focus on existing customers and evolving new technology offerings.

SKF – International Recruitment
In order to enhance their team, SKF had a requirement for a number of hardware engineers, hardware test technicians, and project managers. With there being so little of this talent available in the market, they needed to recruit a mix of permanent employees and contractors. Our recruitment strategy involved an extensive UK wide and international search. By utlising our network and advertising the vacancies across Northern and Western Europe, we were able to capture people who otherwise would have slipped through the net.

In identifying candidates internationally from locations such as Sweden, Italy and Ireland Enigma People Solutions has demonstrated a capacity to reach candidates that are instrumental to our business that we would otherwise not known about. This has been of significant value to us and has enhanced our capability to deliver complex solutions to our international clients.

Faraday Grid – Technical Lead, Principal Engineer and VP of Engineering
Faraday Grid came to us with two initial “silver bullet hire” requirements when they were in the process of setting up their Edinburgh R&D Centre and almost had their first prototype finalised but still needed to overcome some complex challenges. They needed to find someone who was not just a great designer, but also a mathematician to join their team and lead it to success.

Our work helped Faraday Grid to identify some of the key technical leaders they needed as they grew from a small team of 4 founding members in 2016 to over 250 employees. Our role was to help the business find and attract those "needle in a haystack" candidates; finding high quality engineering talent to be the Technical Leaders and Principal Engineers to build and lead their teams of the future.
Rambus – building a team for Project Delivery and Product Integration
As a result of the acquisition of Ecebs by Rambus, there was a drive in recruitment in order to ramp up project delivery and product integration. We were trusted with a number of project pieces specifically to recruit an Embedded Software Engineer, a Database Developer, a Support Analyst, 2 Software Developers and a Technical Project Manager as short-term contract roles. A major factor that contributed to the construction of our recruitment strategy was the acquisition of Ecebs by Rambus. It was essential for prospect candidates to fully understand the company was now a combination and integration of two companies.

We felt that working exclusively with us meant that Rambus were able to focus on responding quickly to one supplier, rather than being distracted by multiple suppliers. Our combined efficient, streamlined and trusted relationship gave Rambus competitive advantage in securing the contractors they were looking for.
